Valentine’s Day is nearly here! While I am not normally a huge holiday person, I find I LOVE both Valentine’s Day and Halloween (day-after candy sales, anyone??). For those of use who are always at a loss for what to get our loved ones for this lovey holiday, go for a jar filled with their favorite candy! Wrap the jar in this snazy Heart Cozy and ta-da! You really can’t go wrong with gifting sweets (or any other snacks that fit in a jar).

What you’ll need:

Yarn: Medium weight yarn, so anything #3 or #4 will work great!

Hook: 4 mm Tunisian

Additional materials: Scissors, needle (any needle you can fit your yarn through will work).

For this pattern, I’ve made the chart available separately, for those of you that just want the chart and not the full pattern. The full pattern includes a chart, so you do not need to purchase the chart separately.
