Woven Tunisian Scarf

Many of us are getting ready for the holidays, and have even begun crocheting/knitting our way through the gift list. In an effort to provide as many options for you all as possible, I’ll be posting loads of patterns for hats, scarves, and mittens over the next few months. I’ll sprinkle in a few blankets too, so don’t despair.

For today’s pattern, we’re making an extra-wide, Tunisian crochet scarf (I did provide sizing for regular-width scarves, too). This project is quick and easy, so you should be able to complete a few of these for the holidays 🙂

What you’ll need:

Yarn: Approx. 728 yards (665 m) of a size 4, medium yarn. ( I used 2 skeins of Red Heart Super Saver for this scarf).

Tunisian Hook : J, 6 mm

Additional materials: Scissors, & needle (any needle you can fit your yarn through will work).

Notes: This pattern is for the scarf. The tassels/fringes are optional, and not covered in this pattern.
