These socks are AMAZING! I’d been trying to crochet a pair of socks for ages, but always ended up with uneven socks, or gave up halfway through. Finally, I decided to create a pattern that could keep me interested long enough to crochet both socks AND was simple enough that both socks would be even in size. Plus, they are crocheted in Tunisian Crochet, which I am completely addicted to at the moment.

In the tutorials, I used a #4 medium yarn for two reasons:

1. I wanted thick socks to wear at home.
2. medium yarn is easier to see on camera than sock yarn.

You can use any yarn you want for this pattern. If you plan to use a different yarn size, here are some hook-to-yarn size suggestions:

Yarn Hook
#1 sock or fingering 3 mm
#2 sport/ baby 3.5 mm
#3 DK yarn 5 mm
#4 medium 6 mm
#5 bulky 9 mm

What you’ll need:

Yarn: #4 medium yarn.

Tunisian Hook : 6 mm

Additional materials: Scissors, & needle (any needle you can fit your yarn through will work).

Notes: You will use knit and purl stitches for this pattern.
